Refund policy

  • Sale items, climbing equipment, underwear, swimsuits and food items are non-refundable.
  • Returns are non-refundable after 14 days from the date the order was purchased or delivered.
  • Please include the original receipt or when returning an online order, a printout of your order confirmation email.
  • All items must have original tags and related packaging still attached.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may ship with any carrier.

  • Price adjustments are valid for seven days from date of purchase. Credit will be issued back to the card used at the time of purchase.
