Shipping Policy
- FREE USPS shipping is available on most orders over $150, but does not apply to some oversized items & some close-out items already deeply discounted.
- Our shipping default policy is to NOT require a signature at time of delivery. We are not responsible for packages that are left without requirement of a signature.
- Orders are shipped within 48 hours (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
- Certain holidays which fall on weekdays will cause a one-day delay in delivery.
- We make every effort to ship orders placed by 3pm CST on the same day.
- A tracking number will be provided via email for every order upon shipment.
- If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, please provide phone numbers for both addresses. Use the comments box at checkout for the additional phone number.
- Delivery for online orders is only available within the continental United States.
- We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
- If your order is refused for delivery, undeliverable, or any other shipping issues, we reserve the right to charge exact shipping and any related incurred costs.
Orders under $150 are subject to the following shipping rates:

IN-STORE PICK UP
Free in-store pick up is always available at Fontana Sports, 216 North Henry Street, (downtown) Madison, WI 53703. Your order will be ready for pick up within 24 hours unless we are closed. Select in-store pick up at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Please bring identification and the charge card which was used for the purchase to claim your purchase at the front counter.
